PGDip in Dietetics & Nutrition with Distinction at London Metropolitan University

Registered Dietitian with Health and Care Professions Council
I became a dietitian because I genuinely believe nothing is more natural than using food as medicine.
I studied and received my training in London. Since I qualified,
I began my career as a Registered Dietitian in an NHS hospital in London in 2013. Over the years I have also worked as a Catering Dietitian for Interserve and a Gastroenterology Specialist Dietitian in 2 other NHS hospitals in Kent. I began my journey as a Freelance Dietitian in 2015. I have a particular interest in gastrointestinal disorders such as coeliac disease, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, liver and pancreatic diseases.
I now live in a growing city in Kent with my husband. In my spare time, I love baking and cooking. As geeky as it sounds, I find the chemical processes and nutrient interactions of food fascinating.
I enjoy putting my nutritional knowledge into practice whilst creating fun recipes that are suitable for many diet types.
